"Il est trop tard pour etre pessimiste." A bracelet with this saying opened the door for us to a live appearance by Al Gore on Monday evening. In a cinema in Copenhagen, the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize winner stood before us. Off the cuff, the former presidential candidate answered questions from the audience for about 45 minutes. When asked what he could mention about animal husbandry tomorrow at the conference, or what his position on it would be, he primarily referred to his new book "We Have the Choice", and concluded that it should be on the COP15 agenda. Then James Balog took the "stage" and presented impressive images of glacier melting. See for yourself at:

Not enough celebrities yet, at the end of the evening we were able to shake hands with Yann Arthus-Bertrand and get an autograph from him. In return, he received an Eaternity flyer from us. We are curious who we will meet next!
