As in the previous year, the Environmental Day took place again these days at the Federal Office for the Environment (BAFU). Together with the Compass Group, Switzerland's largest system gastronomer, the BAFU staff restaurant once again offered its staff a climate-friendly menu, the recipe of which was compiled with the help of the Eaternity CO₂ calculator:

High-ranking representatives of BAFU, such as Director Bruno Oberle, also personally convinced themselves of the menu offerings.
