Water Footprint
Water consumption across the supply chain, accounting for regional scarcity.
Animal Welfare
Assessment of production standards for animal-derived ingredients.
Rainforest Impact
Deforestation risk evaluation for ingredients from tropical regions.
Vita Health Score
Nutritional quality rating based on WHO dietary recommendations.
Rating System
Gastro uses the Eaternity 5-symbol rating (A-E) where A is best:

| A | At least 50% better than average — climate-friendly |
| B | Better than average |
| C | Worse than average |
| D | Twice the average impact |
| E | Four times the average impact |
