Create a forecast

POST /prognosis/:kitchen_id/forecast

Create a new forecast calculation for the kitchen. The request is kept open until the calculation is finished.

Alternatively, if async: true is provided, the request returns directly a new forecast resource locator without waiting for the calculation to be finished.

Requirements: At least 10 consecutive days with menus (including full recipes and sales data) are needed for the forecast to work.
